The design is based on 2 sets of 4 exam rooms, with shared diagnostic equipment rooms (nuclear medicine camera, treadmill, and echo machine). The nursing staff has a large room for individual work stations and filing. This room has close proximity to the large waiting space, as well as the staff lounge, which includes an outdoor patio . The doctors' offices and practice administrator are along the main circulation, but are separated from patients by 2 corridor doors. The design includes 'chair rail' in corridors and exam rooms to protect the wall surfaces.
