Project Description:

The project scope has 2 components:

  1. Create a new retail center, anchored by a grocery store, in a ‘food desert’ vicinity of Rock Hill, SC. The center will replace an older building of similar use that was damaged beyond repair by a fire.

   2. Design and construct an automotive dealership for pre-owner vehicles. This would include a 2 story showroom with sales                offices, conference rooms, service bays, and support space. In addition, a smaller building adjacent to the dealership will                   serve as a café and rental car counter
