Project Description:
The project is a renovation of a build to suite office and education center designed in 1987. The main focus is as follows:

Increase the size of the Education Center, so the ministry can accommodate up to 300 people in the large multi-purpose space.

Update the building to function better for the Ministry, including new doors to help control sound at surrounding spaces, and provide support space to the education center.

Update the building to improve accessibility, especially at building entrances, door hardware, and parking spaces.
