Project Description:

The initial project established a presence for Carolina Urology Partners in the Ballantyne area. The focus was a mix of exam

and procedure rooms, with ample waiting space. Three years after this, based on growth of the practice and the advancement

in technology, the doctors expanded their space.

Phase 1: The medical office includes 7 exam rooms and 2 procedure rooms, a lab, and support space. There is a large

waiting space, with seating for up to 25. The patient circulation is such that check-in and check-out are remote from each

other, so patient flow through the office is simplified.

Phase 2: The second phase to compliment the current medical office, includes a CT Scanner and a procedure room

as well as patient and staff areas.
